We play the Ancient Britons Britons touring team at the U of C turf 7pm, Thursday the 8th of June 2006. The Ancient Britons are an over-40 touring team and we would like to challenge them with a team that is similarly senior. So, if you are 40 or over and would like to play in this game, please contact Michael. In order to ensure that we have fresh legs on as much as possible, we would like to have a team of 17 for this game. This will likely mean that we will need to get a few youngies (under-40s) in so if you are a youngie and would like to play, let us know and we will put you on the list of youngie reserves. If you have already gotten in contact with us, please confirm that you will be able to play. Note that we do not require that you be currently on the roster of one of our teams to participate in this game just that you have played for us in the past. For those of you who aren't playing for us this year, we will put you on our team roster anyway so that you will be covered by insurance.
We will have a special version of the team t-shirt made with "Ancient Britons tour 2006" added. Please let us know if you would like one of these t-shirts.
Following the game, we will have a party at Nick's Steakhouse. All Saracens are welcome to come along whether playing in the game or not.
