The Calgary Field Hockey Foundation (CFHF) are the body created to look after and run Hawkings Turf at the University. Here's a message from April Dias of the CFHF concerning their AGM.
Calgary Field Hockey Foundation Annual General Meeting May 21, 2006 - 6:30pm
This message is to serve notice that the Calgary Field Hockey Foundation will be holding an Annual General Meeting on Sunday, May 21, 2006 at 6:30pm. The location will be at the home of April Dias - 2763 Signal Hill Drive SW.
The FHAC's representative to the CFHF, Mike McCoy, will be present and will be voted on to the Foundation as a member for 2006. It is expected that the current Director, Tim Hawkings, will be stepping down at that time. The current proposed Directors for 2006 are Amy Nixon (CLFHA), April Dias, Mike McCoy (FHA/FHAC) although other members who come forward to volunteer will be considered. The intent is to keep the group small and recruit members to participate in various subgroups as needed, such as the building committee.
All members of the FHAC are welcome to attend - they are requested to RSVP to April via email. When they do so, instructions will be given on how to get there. Following the meeting, details of the meeting will be communicated via the FHAC representative to the FHAC Board.
