After a washout (er, snowout) last year, the Saracens annual cricket game is back. It's time to dress up in white and chase red balls around the Calgary Irish Cricket oval.
For those of you new to the concept, every year we enjoy a nice game of the Great Sport, mostly because it's lots of fun. The game is intended for beginners and the more experienced so we have some special rules to ensure that everyone can have a chance to participate to the fullest.
We will be starting a little later this year because those pesky U18 field hockey players have some kind of competition going on until 1pm. There will be the traditional tea break so please bring a small something for people to share. Beverages will be provided by the bar at the Irish.
