As per the minutes from the September 7th FHAC board meeting this notice is to remind you that the FHAC AGM has been confirmed for November 19, 2005 at 5:30 to 7 pm at the Riverview Room, Talisman Center.
Please note that there will be elections of officers: 4 position will be open for Executive position.
If anyone is interested in becoming involved, please contact Yoshi to get the nomination forms.
Detailed agenda will be forwarded at a later date.

Note that if you are elected to the board you will be eligible to assume a position of responsibility (Chairperson, etc etc) as determined by the board as a whole. Also note that nominations will not be accepted once the AGM has begun but any time up until the meeting is called to order will work.
