Please note that there are four available executive positions. All nomination forms must be submitted by 6pm on Friday May 22nd to Dawna Morrow by email or delivered in person.

Please note that the only people registered to vote must appear on the Indoor 09 team lists or the Outdoor 09 team lists.

Please note that By-Law changes will be voted on at this AGM so attendance is key (notice of By-Law changes were discussed at the last board meeting).
