Notice of the AGM of Saracens FHC for 2010

Hello Saracens,

It is that time of year again. The AGM has been organized for:

Wed 28th April, at 6.30pm , location The Hop in Brew on 12th Ave SW upstairs, first beer on us and free pizza.

For those who do not know the pub it is on the south side of 12th Ave between 1st and 2nd St and looks like a white house.

Please make sure you attend to vote in the election of officers for the coming year. We have some officers retiring this year and we need to replace them. This is your club but it needs people to step up and help with the smooth running of the club.

To further encourage you to come there will be a reduction of $20 in fees for full time playing members and $10 for part time playing members.

The Agenda will be roughly:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Reports -- from all office bearers and outdoor and indoor captains
  3. Awards
  4. Elections -- all positions are up for grabs,
  5. A.O.C.B.

See you there; and I promise that the proceedings will be kept succinct and focused or you can pass a motion of no confidence in me!
