In June 2006, a touring team of over-40s from the U.K. undertook their second tour of Canada. Ancient Britons team played two games in Calgary. As a suitably ancient club, the Saracens were a natural opponent. The weather came to the party by resembling what is commonly seen in Britain. The game itself was entertaining, only a little grumpy (as befits players of such august years) and in the end, fought to a 0-0 draw. The socializing afterwards in Nick's Steakhouse was also closely matched.
